Ed started his career in Enid, OK and spent thirty years in the Army and Law Enforcement. Catching bad guys, serving overseas, completing the Atlanta Marathon. Fitness and health have always been his thing and the man does not slow down.

He loves OKC and knew this community deserved something premium and clean. So he traded the badge for a blender and started making smoothies, juices, and acai bowls every single day.

He’s at the store every morning. Come say hi. He’ll probably make you try something before you leave.

SUSANNAH GRAY

Susannah grew up in Enid, OK and flew Blackhawks for the Oklahoma National Guard. She deployed to Kosovo, commanded an air assault company, completed the San Antonio Marathon, and has a masters from OU. Pure Green fuels her overseas adventures and her active, go go go lifestyle.

She’s passionate about building up the OKC wellness community and making healthy food available and accessible to everyone. She loves getting out to schools and local events, talking with students and adults about why what you put in your body actually matters.

Stop by the store. She’ll talk your ear off about the menu and probably make you try the acai bowl.
